Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the ScholarOne Manuscripts system.

Before proceeding, authors should ensure that the manuscript:

• Falls within the journal’s scope;

• Has been prepared in accordance with the Manuscript Preparation guidelines;

• Meets all ethical and declaration requirements; and

• Complies with the Author Checklist.

Declaration upon Submission

By submitting a manuscript to the Pertanika Journal of Quality of Life Studies (JQoLS), the corresponding author confirms, on behalf of all listed authors, that:

• the manuscript is original and has not been published previously in the same or substantially similar form;

• the manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere and will not be submitted to another journal or publication while under review by JQoLS;

• all listed authors have read, approved, and agreed to the submission; and

• the manuscript complies with the journal’s editorial, ethical, and copyright policies.

Authors are required to complete and upload the Author Declaration Form during initial submission. This form provides formal confirmation of author approval, originality of the manuscript, and exclusive submission to JQoLS.
